Absolutely — we’re here to make sure your
experience is seamless from inspiration to installation. During your first
visit, you’ll be paired with a dedicated design consultant who will remain your
main point of contact for any follow-ups and throughout your entire project.
This personalized approach ensures that every detail, from design vision to
final installation, is handled with care and consistency.
Can I pick up and return in person?
Yes! While our showrooms don’t handle
deliveries or returns directly, we offer fast, reliable shipping right to your
door along with a 90-day return policy on all products — except for final sale
items, which are outlined in the Shipping and Returns section on our website.
Is everything on the website available in store?
Yes — if a product appears on our website, you
can also find it in our showroom. Keep in mind that with new releases, there
may be a brief period before those items are available on the floor. We’re
always updating our displays to showcase the latest arrivals as soon as
possible.
Should I bring anything to my appointment?
You’re welcome to bring anything that helps us
better understand your vision — floor plans, inspiration photos, paint samples,
fabric swatches, or anything else that captures your style. The more you share,
the easier it is for us to create the perfect design together.
Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
You’re always welcome to stop by anytime, but
we recommend booking an appointment to ensure one of our designers is available
to give you their full attention — our showroom tends to get busy throughout
the day.

Can I take samples home with me?
Absolutely — each of our showrooms features an
extensive sample library, and you’re welcome to take home any samples that help
