Regal Stone is a short range: 24x48 porcelain with a matte face and a polished face, same graphic on both. The drawing is high contrast, with wide vein courses that sweep right across the tile instead of the hairline threads you get on a Carrara look. Because the pattern is drawn that large, one 24x48 shows a full vein run, and two tiles set next to each other rarely break in the same place. Dry-lay the boxes first so the veins travel the direction you want.
The polished face lifts the contrast and throws light, which suits a feature wall, a shower end wall or a fireplace. The matte face holds the pattern down and grips better underfoot. Both are the same 24x48, so matte on the floor and polished on the wall meet cleanly at a corner with no size mismatch. Only a couple of pieces are live on this page today; the wider marble look tile and porcelain tile sections carry more, and glamour style groups the bolder patterns.
